On November 7, 2023, your UPE Yuba Superior Court Bargaining team continued negotiations with the Yuba Superior Court. The two sides exchanged counter proposals relating to salary and vacation. The Court’s proposals to date do not represent fair and livable wages for our employees, and UPE intends to continue to fight for our members. The two sides are scheduled to meet again on November 14, 2023.
The next Yuba Superior Court governing board meeting will occur at noon on November 14, 2023, in the second-floor conference room.
