Your Merced Unit 3 UPE Negotiations Team is excited to announce that the Merced Unit 3 membership ratified the new contract with Merced County by an overwhelming margin of 95% to 5%.
UPE would like to give a special thank you to all the Merced Unit 3 UPE Negotiations Team members who put in many hours of work to make this contract possible. The contract will go before the Board of Supervisors next week for ratification and be effective as of the pay period starting May 5th, 2025, and the raises will reflect on the May 23rd paycheck.
