On Monday, November 4, 2024, your bargaining team met with a State Mediator and Court Administration to try to come up with a language suitable for a tentative agreement. Although we didn’t get any closer to an agreement, we are also no further apart than we were before this session.
We have scheduled more time to meet with the State Mediator on the morning of Wednesday, November 6th, and hope to have an agreement that we can bring to the membership to vote on. Once mediation has been completed, we will update everyone on the outcome.
