Your UPE El Dorado Negotiations team met with representatives from El Dorado Court on August 29, 2023, to begin negotiations. The two sides agreed to ground rules for negotiations and established dates to meet through the end of October. UPE spent the day on September 5, 2023, caucusing internally to review the contract language and begin developing proposals. The twosides are scheduled to meet again on September 12, 2023, to begin presenting proposals. UPE also expects the Court to make a budget presentation at that meeting.
