On August 22, 2024, your UPE Court Office-Technical and Court Professional Bargaining teams held a Bargaining Advisory Committee meeting with our members. The teams responded to the members’ questions and outlined the state of bargaining. After a thorough discussion with the members, all UPE members present voted unanimously to authorize a strike if the Court continues to disrespect its members and fails to offer a fair and livable contract.
UPE and the Court Office-Technical Unit meet again August 23, 2024, and the Court Professional Unit meets August 30, 2024. UPE will continue to update its members on the course of bargaining. Please continue to wear red and support your bargaining teams!
