UPE is pleased to announce that your UPE Court Office-Technical Negotiations team reached a tentative agreement on a new 2-year contract with Sacramento Superior Court on October 2, 2024. Highlights of the new agreement include the following:
$2000 one-time payment no later than two pay periods after ratification
2.5% ongoing salary increase first full pay period after July 1, 2025
Increase in Court’s subsidy for retiree health care (approximately double current categories)
Additional 1% longevity pay for all employees with ten or more years of service in the first full pay period after July 1, 2025
Additional floating holiday (five total) beginning January 1, 2025
