On July 26, 2024, your UPE Court Office-Technical Bargaining team negotiated with Sacramento Superior Court. UPE presented one additional proposal and countered three Court Proposals. The Court did not provide any new proposals or counters to any of the 27 UPE proposals they have received. The Court previously indicated it needs to wait until August 15, 2024, to have the clarity necessary to begin responding to UPE’s financial proposals. However, this does not prevent the Court from responding to UPE’s many non-economic proposals. The Court simply did not. The next meeting is August 9, 2024, and it will be the last meeting where new proposals can be introduced. Please continue to wear red on Fridays to support your bargaining team.
