Class Study: Court Attendant, Account Clerk & Court Services Coordinator
UPE met and conferred with the Court on December 10, 2024, regarding a class study on Court Attendants, Account Clerks, and Court Services Coordinators. The Court hired an outside consulting company to review the job specifications of these positions and compare pay rates of similarly situated Court employees across the state. The ultimate goal is to align the listed job specifications to the actual duties performed.
UPE successfully edited the job specifications for all three classes we discussed during the meet and confer, including adding the job duty of processing financial transactions and the uniform requirement to wear a clean, pressed uniform in professional condition for Court Attendants.
Once the job specifications are completed, the Court will then conduct a salary study to determine if your pay is commensurate with positions with similar job specifications in other Courts around the State.
